By using chocolateanswer.com ("the Site") and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Site is operated by Chocolate Is The Answer LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with operations in New Jersey ("we," "us," "our").
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping limits). Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery — see the Shipping Policy for details.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Shopify Payments / Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your method for the order total.
Shipping & returns
Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, packaging designs — is owned by Chocolate Is The Answer LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or hack it, scrape data, or impersonate others.
Allergens and assumption of risk
Our products are made in a facility that handles milk, nuts, soy, gluten, wheat, and other common allergens, and may contain or come into contact with these ingredients. Read product descriptions carefully and contact us with questions before ordering if you have any allergy concerns. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the allergen information available and assume responsibility for any allergic reactions. If you have a severe allergy, please consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as required by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chocolate Is The Answer LLC, its members, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chocolate Is The Answer LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Dispute resolution
We hope to resolve any disputes informally. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at hello@chocolateanswer.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. (If you'd like to add binding arbitration and a class action waiver here, we recommend having a lawyer draft them — these clauses have specific notice and formatting requirements to be enforceable.)
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chocolate Is The Answer LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
